Travel convenience:  Take your BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller to any dirt trail any time of the year because it has all the gear you need to run smoothly over any rugged terrain rain or shine.  Using the same frame as the BOB Ironman Sport Utility Jogging Stroller makes it light yet durable, it's only difference is the thickly treaded tires and mag wheels.  The Ironman is made for paved roads with it's 1.5" smooth tires, whereas the Sport Utility Collection is made for rugged terrain with it's 1.75" semi-slick thicker tires.  Becuase the tires are treaded you will have good control over your jogging stroller on rugged terrain making it safer for you and your baby. 

Since the BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller has mag wheels it is more durable and a bit heavier, if you're looking for something lighter check out the BOB Sport Utility D'Lux Jogging Stroller with aluminum rims instead (on the right panel for color selection).  Both Sport Utility Jogging Strollers have the exact functions, the only difference lies in the material of the wheels.

As for taking your BOB to travel, you'd be amazed there are only 2 steps to folding it.  It's easy and fast and does not require you to remove any wheels to store it away, check out the video above to see how easy it really is. 

Safety:   We like to think of BOB as (Best Of the Best) because BOB strollers are really a superb product so none the less they would include the best harness, which is an adjustable 5-point harness with a sternum strap.

To run with this jogging stroller, rest assure that it is equiped with a hand-activated front wheel brake that acts as a slowing mechanism (see demo at top).  For any situations where you need to slow down or to brake fast the hand brake is a favorite for many parents.  Since the BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller will go fast for you, safety features like the hand brake really comes handy. 

While most other jogging strollers attaches the safety strap to the handle (top) of the stroller, if you fall you will tip over the stroller causing harm to your baby (see demo at top).  Whereas theBOB Revolution Jogging Stroller will not tip the stroller over since the safety strap is attached to the bottom bar (between the two back wheels) of the stroller. So not only will the jogging stroller be safely attached to you, your baby will not be at any risk if you do happen to fall.

Unlike the BOB Revolution Jogging Stroller, the Sport Utility's front wheel is fixed for superior on/off-road performance.  It does have less maneuverability if you plan to take it to a grocery store, but this jogging stroller is made to go on rugged terrrain to do some running.  

Another great safety feature is the rear wheel foot-activated parking brake, it's easy to operate and locks out both rear wheels.  It'll come in handy when you are on a slope!

We also recommend parents to install a front and rear lighting system (available at your local bike shop) if you intend to use this stroller at night time.

Mobility:   The BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller has a 3" suspension and three 16" large wheels to go over heavy duty terrain, any bumpy road will be a smooth ride for your baby with this kinda gear!  Plus the high pressure semi-knobby 16" on/off road tires help minimize rolling resistance while the stiffer suspension maximizes maneuverability and response.

Durability:   The frame of the BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller is made from aircraft grade welded aluminum.  It's tough and lightweight at the same time, it can last through a life time for generations to come.  As for the fabric it is water and stain resistant and the padded seat composes of closed cell foam which does not absorb liquid and odors like the open cell foam that most other strollers uses.  So not only will there be no stains on your jogging stroller, it will block out mold and smell from the materials as well.

All BOB strollers have a five-year warranty on the frame and one year on small parts and fabric.  BOB will warranty your strollers against all defects in material and workmanship.

Any warranty issues can be handled by contacting your original place of purchase www.csnbaby.com.  They will be able to file a warranty claim and have any replacement parts ordered if needed.  You will need to provide them with your original receipt of purchase along with your stroller’s serial number. The serial number is located at the bottom of the right hand swing arm (square tubing) just above the wheel.

What your baby will love:  Every parent that have used the BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller would agree that the sun canopy is the largest they have ever seen. When the hot sun is out, protection from harmful UV rays is essential to keeping your baby happy. Even when there is light rain the large canopy really does it's job keeping your baby well covered. As for the comfortable level for your baby, the seat and harness are both well padded and the seat reclines upto 70 degrees from vertical position. And what baby wouldn't love to see the great outdoors with their parent! Enjoy the fresh air and the excercise - all life's essentials to living healthy and happy.

What we don't love so much:  There's really nothing we can complain about this jogging stroller.  If the BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller is the right fit for your lifestyle, than it has everything you need.  It's equipped with the best safety features and materials for best performance running.  If you are however looking for something a little more well-rounded than we suggest taking a look at the BOB Revolution Jogging Stroller where the front wheel can be fixed or swivel allowing you to take your jogging stroller for a stroll in the park or the mall.

As for the price of the stroller many parents would expect to have an adjustable handlebar to suit most parent's height.  In fact BOB is aware of this complaint and they justify that the non-adjustable handlebar is safer for the usage of this jogging stroller.  If you still prefer a jogging stroller with an adjustable handlebar, see Bumbleride Strollers or Baby Jogger City Series Strollers.
