Travel convenience:  The Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller is a smaller stroller (standing and folded) compared to the Bumbleride Indie Stroller, plus it can hold 5 lbs more in weight capacity!  If you haven't read up on Baby Jogger Strollers yet, they have a one of a kind folding mechanism (see demo illustration on right panel).  With only one hand you can fold you stroller in a snap.  Literally hold you baby in one arm, close it with the other and you are ready to go every trip you make. 

If you are wondering what the differences are between the Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller compared to the Baby Jogger City Classic Single Stroller, the mini does not have a fixed front wheel or an adjustable handle.  It is only meant to go on smooth surfaces like the sidewalk or indoor malls with it's 8" wheels, the Baby Jogger City Classic Single Stroller has 12" wheels (with an optional front fixed wheel) to go on rougher terrain like the park and trails. 

Note: Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller is not a jogging stroller.

Safety:  The Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller is  (the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association), they certify strollers on their restraint system, brakes, leg openings, and locking mechanisms that prevent accidental folding, as well as for stability and the absence of sharp edges. The program is voluntary, and models from uncertified companies may be as safe as those from certified ones. You can visit their website www.jpma.org. All Baby Jogger Strollers are certified as well as Maclaren strollers, Bugaboo strollers and Contours Strollers. They also meet or exceed all ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) safety standards.

The Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller also has a padded 5-point harness to keep your child safely and comfortably secured in the stroller.  And to park the stroller, use the rear parking brake, but do not park it unattended on a slope as it is a hazard for the stroller to fall - especially with no parental supervision!

Mobility:  Although the Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller can only go on smooth surfaces, it still has a superb front suspension to go over small bumps along the way.  It is very easy to push because of it's "lightweight" (16.8 lbs), and with the front swivel wheel you can turn on a dime in tight spaces like a grocery store.  If you are a looking for a stroller that can do more, see Baby Jogger City Classic Single Stroller or the more luxurious version Baby Jogger City Elite Single Stroller.

Durability:  They have been around for more than 20 years and still going strong, and most important is that when you purchase the Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller, the lightweight aluminum frame is under a lifetime warranty for manufacturer's defect.

BABY JOGGER'S WARRANTY
Manufacturer's defect's include but are not limited to the breaking of welds and frame tube damage. Textile or soft side materials and all other components shall be warranted
for one year from the date of purchase (except for tubes and tires). Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim and the warranty is only extended to the original purchaser.

What parents will love:  For parents who travel a lot, this is a perfect stroller to take as a carry on.  Going from point A to point B is just not the same with a large and heavy stroller.  Although this stroller is small in size, it works just as hard for you as any other stroller on the market.  It has a weight capacity of 50 lbs, and it weighs only 16.8 lbs.  If you compare it to Maclaren Techno XT Single Stroller (weight 14.2 lbs), you will find that a 3-wheel (8" wheels) stroller is better to push and turn compared to a 4-wheel (6.5" wheels) stroller.  Personally, I would pick the Baby Jogger City Mini Lightweight Stroller with it's higher quality materials and the lower price!

We also love the clear viewing window on top of the sun canopy for you to easily check on your baby, plus there is an extra storage behind the seat for you to put all your accessories.

What your baby will love: Your baby will enjoy the multi-position sun canopy to protect them from harmful UV rays and they will be comfortably secured in the padded 5-point harness.  One of our favourite features for your baby to enjoy is that the sun canopy has side ventilation panels for a hot day to turn to a breezy one.  And even though this stroller is small in size there is lots of room for your baby to grow in, and the seats are well padded for them to feel comfortable in even during long trips.  Seat dimensions: seat back 19.75", hip to knee 9.25", knee to foot 9".

What we don't love so much:  If this stroller fits your lifestyle, it deserves full rating.  So there is nothing we have to complain about with this stroller.
