Travel convenience: You might wonder why the Bugaboo Cameleon is that popular - especially in the big apple, New York City.  Well it was first featured in Sex and the City and from there on sales went through the roof!  Sales continue to boom for one main reason, it is arguably the best made stroller on the market today.  When you get a chance to move it around, it really moves that smoothly and words cannot describe how great it really is until you try it out.  When I first laid my hands on the Bugaboo Cameleon I turned around and around, reversed, forward - everything you can imagine.  And out of every stroller that I have ever come in contact with, this one is by far the best in the market.

The Bugaboo Cameleon weighs only 20 lbs and has a carry handle for portability. One of the best feature the Cameleon has is that it is transformed into a bassinet. It's best for newborns or when you don't want to disturb your napping baby, just remove the bassinet from the stroller without once waking your baby!

The bassinet then changes to a seat that can be used separately. Simply take the seat out of the stroller and bring your baby to any event without having to transfer your baby from one place to another, the Bugaboo Cameleon does it all for you! Or you could attach a  Bugaboo car seat adapter for either your Graco, Peg Perego or Maxi-Cosi car seat.

It's also compact fold for easy storage and transporting.

Safety: With a 5-point harness your baby is safely secured in the stroller, and with a parking brake at hand it's the quickest way to make any emergency stops or to give you more control going down slope.

The Bugaboo Cameleon is  (the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association), they certify strollers on their restraint system, brakes, leg openings, and locking mechanisms that prevent accidental folding, as well as for stability and the absence of sharp edges.  The program is voluntary, and models from uncertified companies may be as safe as those from certified ones.  You can visit their website www.jpma.org.  All Bugaboo strollers are certified as well as Maclaren strollers, Baby Jogger Strollers and Contours Strollers.

Mobility:  With adjustable swivel wheel suspension (6" wheels infront) it makes the ride smooth and easy to push and turn.  You might see many other strollers that have swivel wheels to allow mobility, but nothing compares to the way this stroller moves.  The Dutch got it right, and whatever they did right I believe they will continue to have products for years to come that will impress parents around the world.

The handlebar is reversible so the two 6" adjustable suspension swivel wheels should face forward on smoother surfaces while the two 12" inflatable rugged wheels would be infront for rougher terrain.

The reversible handlebar  allows you to have either the 6" wheels infront for smooth surfaces OR the 12" wheels in front to cross rough terrain.  All you have to do is switch the handlebar from one end to the other!

Durability: If your wondering how long a Bugaboo Cameleon stroller can last you, rest assure it holds a new born till the baby weighs 40 lbs. The seat is bigger than the Bugaboo Bee so there's lots of room for the baby to grow (bassinet length is 35.5"'s). And while all the fabrics of the Cameleon are machine washable, there are no worries with spills and messes.

What parents will love:  The Bee seat is reversible so your child can view the world or your admiration. The 2-wheel position for sand and snow is great for a stroll on the beach or when it's Winter Wonderland outside!

Also with 6 base colors and 9 canvas colors to choose from, there are 32 different color combinations you could put together to make up your Bugaboo Cameleon.  First choose a color for the base of the bassinet (same color for seat), then choose the same or different color for the canvas - it's upto your imagination!  If you want to change up the color on the canvas the  Bugaboo Cameleon Tailored Fabric are available both in a canvas tailored (9 colors) or a fleece tailored fabric (6 colors). Note the base color is not interchangeable.  A third choice in color choice would be the  Bugaboo Cameleon Tailored Fabric Denim, a dark blue denim with contrasting orange stitching.

The underseat bag for the Bugaboo Cameleon has a capacity of 6.3 gallons (Bee = 4.2 gal Frog = 4.7 Gal - the biggest of all Bugaboo Strollers!), so there is more storage for of your shopping of the day. For taller parents a one-piece height adjustable handlebar comes handy because it extend upto six inches.

With a 2-year manufacturer's warranty any parent can be relieved of any defects in the future. You can be sure that it is made of the highest quality to have a 2 year warranty, usually they are 1 year but the BOB Jogging Stroller's frame has a 5 year warranty!

What your baby will love:  The Aerosleep mattress is really one of a kind for your baby's comfort, it is well ventilated to prevent moisture and is hypoallergenic to prevent dust and pollen so your baby can be sweat and allergy free!  When babies sit for a period of time (especially in warm weather), sweat that is soaked on their backs will harm their sensitive skin.  And since their immune systems are just starting to develop, you don't want them to be exposed to unnecessary irritants.
