Travel convenience: The Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller is the 2nd heaviest of all the Maclaren Single Strollers and weighs only 12.2 lbs.  It's one-hand umbrella compact fold within 5 seconds and it has a carry handle for easy portability so have a light trip when travelling or running errands.  There is even a Maclaren - Buggy Bag to store your stroller if you need to check in your stroller as baggage on a flight, if not use it to store your stroller to keep it in optimal condition.  And for parents who travel a lot the Maclaren Strollers are by far the best strollers to take on a plane as a carry on.

Safety:  With a 5-point harness, it's the highest level of security for a stroller. The harness is also height adjustable as your baby grows. The front swivel wheels are lockable for a stationary position, and there's also foot operated and linked brakes.

The Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller is  (the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association), they certify strollers on their restraint system, brakes, leg openings, and locking mechanisms that prevent accidental folding, as well as for stability and the absence of sharp edges. The program is voluntary, and models from uncertified companies may be as safe as those from certified ones. You can visit their website www.jpma.org. All Maclaren strollers are certified as well as Bugaboo strollers, Baby Jogger Strollers and Contours Strollers.

There are only two strollers that have reflective accents at the back to ensure your safety at night.  As an extra precaution you and your baby should also wear reflective wear if you plan to use your stroller during nights.  The other stroller with reflective accents is the Maclaren Triumph Stroller.

What parents will love:  The sport look is one attraction and there's a few items included with your purchase of the Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller that parents would admire. There's a rain cover, water resistant hood and a handy meesh shopping basket for all your neccessities. It's for newborns upto 55 lbs of weight, so this stroller will last you a long time. And the foam insulated handles allows the parent to have comfort also when pushing the stroller.

When parents are pushing a stroller all day long, they would appreciate handles that are comfortable to use.  The foam insulated handles allows the parent to have comfort when pushing the stroller and that handles are placed higher compared to other umbrella strollers so taller parents don't have to hunch down to push the stroller or get the legs caught between the rear wheels.

Parents are always worrying about how their baby is doing in the stroller, with a UV protective viewing window it allows you to always check on them.  As for night time, the helpful reflective accents is the ultimate safety precaution.

What your baby will love:  There's an adjustable leg rest to fit your child as they grow.  The padding on the Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller is more than the Maclaren Volo Stroller or the Maclaren Triumph Stroller, so your baby can be comfortably sitting in the stroller for longer periods of time.

As for the seat recline, it's good to know that there are 4 positions to choose from.  That is why this stroller suits a 3 month old baby rather than 6 months for the Maclaren Volo Stroller, which has no seat recline.  With the extra padding of the Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller and the 4 seat recline positions, it makes this the top of the line stroller of Maclaren Strollers for it's superb comfort for your baby.  Another 4 seat recline stroller is the Maclaren Techno XT Twin Stroller.

The Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller is the top of the line for Maclaren Strollers, meaning the padding is the most in this collection compared to the rest.  That means your babies can sit in the stroller for longer periods of time and not be uncomfortable at all.  This is also the only stroller that has a flap at the end of the seat that you can fold out (like a table) for infants to rest their legs on.  As they get older and can walk around as toddlers, the flap can be folded down to rest their legs on the padded material rather than hanging in the air.

What we don't love so much:  We're glad that the Maclaren Quest Sport Stroller has mod colors to choose from compared to the Maclaren Techno XT Collection.  It's a good value stroller for the price compared to the Stokke Stroller, so we don't have much to complain about it. 

One safety precaution we should mention in umbrella strollers is to never hang bags on the handle of the stroller as it might fall back with your baby in it.  So get good use out of the big shopping basket underneath.

We also would like to see the capability for the seat to be reclined.  For a fraction of the price Mia Moda Strollers are not only cheaper to purchase, they also have 4-5 options in seat recline depending on which stroller you choose.
