It's one-hand umbrella compact fold within 5 seconds and it has a carry handle for easy portability. Bring it to a park, the zoo or any other places you'd enjoy the lightweight convenience! There is even an optional Maclaren - Buggy Bag to store your stroller if you need to check in it in as baggage on a flight, if not use it to store your stroller to keep it in optimal condition. By the way, Maclaren Strollers are by far the best strolers to take on a plane as a carry on. We also think the Mia Moda Facile Umbrella Stroller is a similar product as the Maclaren Volo Stroller. It's a bit heavier weighing 16.5 lbs (with hood) with only a weight capacity of 40 lbs compared to 55 lbs. But it stands out with a 4 position seat recline, adjustable calf support, top viewing window, removable canopy with many colors to choose from and half the price! It's worth the time to compare the two strollers. Another Umbrella Stroller that is worth the investment is the UPPAbaby G-Luxe Lightweight Stroller with more features and weighs lighter.

We all know how messy babies can get, so rest sassure that the seat is removable and is machine washable. Once it's dry just place it back onto the stroller and that is why it would last till your baby is 55 lbs! What parents will love: There's a few items included with your purchase of the Maclaren Volo Stroller that parents would admire. There's a rain cover, water resistant hood and a handy mesh shopping basket for all your neccessities. Although it's for kids 6 months and up, it can hold upto 55 lbs of weight. When parents are pushing a stroller all day long, they would appreciate handles that are comfortable to use. The foam insulated handles allows the parent to have comfort when pushing the stroller and that handles are placed higher compared to other umbrella strollers so taller parents don't have to hunch down to push the stroller or get the legs caught between the rear wheels.

Extra-large canopy for maximum sun protection Water resistant hood / Rain Cover Foam insulated handles What we don't love so much: This stroller is great for quick trips and easy packing, but if you're looking for something with fuller features such as a snack tray, cup holder, or a bassinet than this stroller may not be enough for you. Also the foot rest for the baby is a strap instead of hard surface, so it can get dirty and less of a support. But the good thing of it being a strap is that it's easy to fold up the stroller. After all it's a 5 - second compact umbrella fold! It's a great looking stroller, mid-class pricing and convenient for carrying and portability. The padding on the Maclaren Volo Stroller is not as plump as the Maclaren Techno XT Collection so you might not want to keep your kid in the stroller for too long as it may start to get uncomfortable for them (especially when they get heavier they would need more padding for their weight), but since it's made more for toddlers they won't be in there for too long cause they will like to walk around after a while of sitting. Note this is the only Maclaren Stroller that does not have reclining positions. One safety precaution we should mention in umbrella strollers is to never hang bags on the handle of the stroller as it might fall back with your baby in it. So get good use out of the big shopping basket underneath. We also would like to see the capability for the seat to be reclined. For a fraction of the price Mia Moda Strollers are not only cheaper to purchase, they also have 4-5 options in seat recline depending on which stroller you choose.
